This washed process coffee comes from the Cauca-Inza Region of Colombia. This particular lot was fermented for up to 36 hours and washed to produce an excellent cup of coffee. The light medium roast highlights the flavor and aromas of mandarin orange, cocoa nibs, and toasty pastry. A superb way to start your morning!
