Colombia Osmotic Blackberry 12oz.

This exceptionally rare coffee microlot comes from the Finca Alegrias region of Colombia and is created using an osmotic dehydration process. The raw coffee is soaked in a solution of macerated blackberries which results in a flavor profile reminiscent of blackberries, blueberries, concord grapes with a floral finish. The medium roasted coffee has lower acidity but a full body. We have a limited supply of this truly incredible coffee.
