This exceptionally rare coffee microlot comes from the Finca Alegrias region of Colombia and is created using an osmotic dehydration process. The raw coffee is soaked in a solution of macerated peaches which results in a flavor profile reminiscent of fresh peach preserves, honeysuckle, buttery pastry crust with a floral finish. The medium roasted coffee has lower acidity and a syrupy body. We have a limited supply of this truly incredible coffee so get it while it lasts.
